These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") and Pusyy88 (hereinafter referred to as "Pusyy88", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your access to and use of the Pusyy88 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

To register and maintain an Account with Pusyy88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Pusyy88 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all casino and sports betting activities on the Platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gambling activities are not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active Account with Pusyy88 under any name, email address, or payment method.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Pusyy88 Platform or had an Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact number, and a valid email address. Pusyy88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

4.1 — Identity Verification Documents

Pusyy88 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued by Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or similar).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet account, bank statement showing the FPX transaction).

4.2 — Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered contact details must be reported to Pusyy88 customer support within 14 days. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and any security credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. Pusyy88 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where reasonable security precautions have not been taken by you.

Pusyy88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment channels including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency channels including BTC and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Pusyy88 will not accept deposits made from third-party payment accounts. Where a deposit is received from an unverified or third-party source, Pusyy88 reserves the right to freeze the deposited amount pending investigation and KYC review.

Deposits made via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation by the payment gateway. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are credited in real time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to completion of the applicable KYC verification process.

6.1 — Processing Times

Pusyy88 targets the following processing windows for approved withdrawal requests:

• DuitNow and FPX: Typically within 3–5 minutes of approval during business hours.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost: Within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank online transfer: Within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• BTC / USDT: Within 1–4 hours subject to network congestion.

6.2 — Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• All active bonus funds must satisfy their respective rollover requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.
• Pusyy88 may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM5,000 per transaction.
• Where a withdrawal is requested to a bank account or e-wallet that does not match the name on the registered Pusyy88 Account, the request will be declined pending investigation.
• Pusyy88 reserves the right to apply a 24-hour cooling-off period on first withdrawals from newly registered accounts as a fraud prevention measure.

Pusyy88 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is communicated to you.

7.1 — General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the required number of times (the "Rollover Requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play may be transferred to your real-money balance.
• Pusyy88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one active bonus may be in play at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

7.2 — Referral Programme

Players who participate in the Pusyy88 Referral Programme agree that referral bonuses are credited only when a referred friend completes account registration, satisfies KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals — where a player refers themselves via an alternate account — are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the referral bonus and potential account suspension.

All bets placed on the Pusyy88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, which are published within the Platform interface. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market only.

• Pusyy88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on markets published with incorrect odds due to technical or human error.
• In-play betting markets, including live football markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other competitions, are subject to market suspension at the discretion of Pusyy88's trading team during active match events.
• Bets placed after the outcome of an event is already known ("past post" bets) will be voided without exception.
• Any dispute relating to a specific bet outcome must be raised with Pusyy88 support within 72 hours of the event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pusyy88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, including using a different identity, email address, or payment method to circumvent a previous account closure.
• Using software tools, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms or game mechanics.
• Exploiting errors in software, odds publication, game mechanics, or bonus crediting in a manner that is not consistent with good-faith play.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes. All suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities.
• Providing false KYC documentation or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• Sharing your Account with another person or allowing any third party to place bets on your behalf.

Pusyy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where Pusyy88 reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering is suspected in relation to the Account.
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to Pusyy88's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other players.

Where an Account is closed by Pusyy88 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within 14 business days. Bonus funds are non-returnable in all circumstances.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Pusyy88 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal verification.

Pusyy88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that empower players to maintain control over their betting activity. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to restrict the total funds you can deposit within a defined period.

All content on the Pusyy88 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, betting market data, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Pusyy88 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, scraped, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Pusyy88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence is conditional on your compliance with these Terms and may be revoked at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pusyy88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Pusyy88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network failures).

In all cases, Pusyy88's aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by you to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pusyy88 processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Pusyy88 Privacy Policy in full. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information.

Pusyy88 collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Pusyy88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or additions of new game-specific rules that do not alter core player obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
